Submit Your Proceedings

Thank you for considering to join us with your high-quality scientific content. Note that our service is free for website users as well as organizers/publishers, the rightsholders, and no membership is required either.

Please note that we only accept electronic proceedings (or book of abstracts) published or to be published. We are not a publisher organization but a digital platform hosting published contents via a database for conference articles covering a broad field of multidisciplinary subjects.

Publisher Organizations

As the copyright holder, you can send us a letter of intent expressing your request to incorporate your proceedings into our database. This letter of intent will not be an official agreement. Following that, we will contact you to ask for a final written permission, an Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement, before we will start digitalization of your proceedings content. Please submit the letter of intent to info@conferencearticles.com.

Individual Authors

Although we host conference articles in our digital platform, rather than an independent conference article itself, we do provide the proceedings as a whole. You can contact the organizing/publisher institution who holds the copyright of the proceedings and ask them to join our digital platform. Don’t forget to include us in CC: info@conferencearticles.com. Another option is that you can send us the contact details of the organizer/publisher institute together with the details of the proceedings and our team will do the rest.

Please provide us enough information to find the details regarding the conference or any other scientific meeting of any type. Our team will do their best to reach the copyright holder.
